Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use Stream Wave to process, generate, or distribute any of the following:

Sexual & Adult content:

• Pornography, sexually explicit videos, or adult content of any kind
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn)
• Sexually suggestive content depicting real people without consent
• Deepfake nudity or sexualized synthetic media

Child safety:

• Any content sexualizing, exploiting, or endangering minors (CSAM)
• Content depicting minors in suggestive contexts

Violence & illegal activity:

• Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence
• Graphic gore, torture, or real-world harm content
• Drug manufacturing, weapon assembly, or other illegal instructions
• Content promoting human trafficking, slavery, or exploitation

Fraud & deception:

• Scams, phishing, or financial fraud content
• Impersonation of real people without consent
• Misinformation designed to manipulate elections, public health, or financial markets
• Synthetic voice clones used to defraud or harass

Hate & harassment:

• Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Targeted harassment, doxxing, or stalking content

Intellectual property:

• Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to translate
• Pirated movies, TV shows, or commercial music for redistribution

All uploads are screened by automated NSFW/CSAM detectors before processing. Detected violations:

• Are blocked from processing
• Trigger a strike on your account
• Forfeit any credits charged for the rejected job
• May be reported to law enforcement (CSAM is reported automatically)

We operate a 3-strike system:

• Strike 1: Warning + content removed
• Strike 2: 7-day account suspension
• Strike 3: Permanent ban, no refund of remaining credits

Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, doxxing) skip the strike system and result in immediate permanent ban.

• The job ULID or output URL
• A description of the violation
• Any supporting screenshots

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged, you may appeal via TikTok or Facebook (@streamwaveai) within 14 days of the strike. Include the job ULID and an explanation. Successful appeals restore credits and remove the strike.
