GDPR & Zero Retention Policy

For B2B and privacy-conscious users, Stream Wave offers a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy. When enabled, your uploaded source videos, generated voice-overs, subtitles, and final dubbed files are kept only temporarily to facilitate download, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.

ZDR-enabled users can configure a custom retention window (ranging from immediate up to 7 days, defaulting to 24 hours). Once this window elapses, the files are deleted. Furthermore, to maximize data security, downloading the dubbed output will accelerate the expiration to 5 minutes, ensuring your files are erased immediately after you retrieve them.

After the retention window expires, all generated text transcripts and Myanmar translations associated with the dubbing jobs are completely redacted and replaced with [redacted] in our databases, ensuring zero long-term storage of your video's textual content.
