Account info: name, email, profile picture (when you sign in with Google).

Content you upload: videos, audio, source URLs, and any text or images you submit.

Generated outputs: transcripts, translations, dubbed audio, subtitles, and final videos.

Usage data: jobs run, credits consumed, browser/device info, IP address (for abuse prevention).

Payment info: KPay screenshots and transaction references you submit. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.

Your videos, audio, transcripts, and translations are processed only to deliver the output you requested.

To deliver the Service we route content through trusted infrastructure providers, including:

• Cloudflare — AI inference (Whisper, M2M-100), CDN, and AI Gateway.
• Google Cloud / Vertex AI — optional Gemini transcription, translation, and TTS.
• AWS S3 (or compatible) — video and audio storage.
• Microsoft Edge TTS — voice synthesis for some languages.

These providers process your content only to fulfill the service. They are bound by their own privacy policies.
