You must be at least 13 years old to use Stream Wave. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use Stream Wave to:

• Process content you do not own or have permission to translate.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, terrorism content, or illegal material.
• Impersonate, defame, or harass others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

You retain ownership of all videos and outputs you create. By uploading, you grant Stream Wave a limited license to process, store, and deliver the content as part of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Stream Wave operates on a credit system. Purchased credits do not expire. Free signup credits expire monthly.

Credit pricing, package contents, storage durations, and AI model availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Failed jobs are auto-refunded in credits. Other refund requests are handled case-by-case. See our Refund Policy for details.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Stream Wave is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Wave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
